The body of Elizabeth ye daughter of
Sr William Twysden of East Peckham in e County
Of Kent Knt. M Bart wife to Sr Hugh Cholmeley of
Whitby in the County of Yorke Knt. And Bart. She dyed
the 17th of Aprill 1655 and was aged 56.
Heer also lyes
the body of Sr Hugh Cholmeley her husband who for ye great love
he bore the virtuous worth he found in the said Elizabeth declined
the being interred in his own country among his ancestors ???? ???
to be laid heer beside her, by whom he had six children ?????
Elizabeth deceased young, William Hugh Ann and Elizabeth ???
at his death which happened ye 30th of November 1667 ? In the ???? yeare of his age.
