Unfortunately the Trust has had to postpone this walk.  We hope to provide a revised date for later in the year or in the first part of 2022 in due course. 

 

Harvey Watson will be leading a walk over the site of Alfred the Great's first dramatic victory over the Danes. Meet at 1.00 pm at the Bell Inn at Aldworth near Reading, RG8 9TL.

Wear suitable footwear, it can be muddy on the Ridgeway.
