Battle of Barnet 1471 - new video launched by the Barnet Battlefield Project

The Battle of Barnet Project has released a new video about the battle of Barnet as part of its project to find and raise awareness about the battlefield.

The video has been made by local people (and the Battlefields Trust Development Officer, Julian Humphrys) and provides a short overview of the Wars of the Roses, the political and strategic run-up to the battle and what happened during the fighting. The video also covers Barnet in the 15th century and the archaeological work that has been undertaken.
